What a Session Looks Like

We start with a quick check-in. How'd you sleep? Any soreness? What's your energy like today? Then we warm up with movements that prep you for the work ahead - not generic stretches, but targeted drills that matter for your session.

The main block is where the real work happens. We're coaching every rep. Cueing your breath. Watching your knees, your hips, your shoulders. You'll lift, push, pull, or move in ways that match your goals. If you're chasing Weight Loss Training, we'll keep your heart rate up. If it's pure Strength Training, we're focused on load and recovery between sets.

We finish with a cooldown and a quick debrief. What felt good? What didn't? We log your numbers, tweak next session's plan, and you're out the door. Most sessions run 45-60 minutes, but we're flexible if your schedule needs something different.

How We Build Your Program

Some clients train once a week for maintenance. Others come three or four times because they've got a deadline or a big goal. We also offer Small Group Training if you want to bring a friend and split the cost, but most people stick with private sessions once they see the difference.

You're not locked into a long contract. We do month-to-month, or you can buy session packs if that works better. The goal is to keep you consistent, not trap you in something rigid.
